Returns Policy

Your online shopping at Rhymeclothing.com is risk free. We understand that since you cannot touch and feel products when shopping online, you want to be sure you will be fully pleased with your purchase.

To take the risk out of purchasing online, Rhyme&Reason will be happy to pick up the tab for returns through the Postal Service (standard mail) on any merchandise purchased through Rhymeclothing.com. We will also pick up FedEx Ground shipping charges on the outbound exchange items (If the items were purchased from another retailer, we will cover the FedEx Ground outbound freight on an exchange, yet the inbound freight of the return is the responsibility of the customer.)

Returns and Exchanges for Online Orders:

Rhymeclothing.com will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn, unwashed & with hangtags attached).

Returns within 30 days of delivery date will be refunded back to the original method of payment at full purchase price.

If a return is being made due to a service issue (received damaged merchandise, wrong item shipped), contact our Customer Service Team at +1-800-818-4096 for an alternate option.

If an exchange is requested, a new order will be placed as you indicate by email to returns@rhymeclothing.com.

Gift Returns are not refunded back to the original method of payment so that the Gift Giver is not notified that you are exchanging or returning your gift.

If an exchange is requested, we will process your return and place an exchange order on your behalf. If necessary, we will contact you for additional payment information (DO NOT include credit/debit card information on Return Form).

Expected Timeframe

Returns and Exchanges are processed in the order they are received.

Returns are processed within 30 business days after receipt.

Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.

Exchange orders can be expected within 20 business days after receipt.
