Rhyme&Reason ships USPS and Fedex. Options include ground, three-day, two-day and next-day shipping. (Note: Orders processed prior to 1:00pm EST will be dispatched same day. Orders processed after 1:00pm will be dispatched next business day)

Rhyme&Reason offers flat rate shipping.

US addresses:

Ground - Free

3 Day Select - $12.00

2nd Day Air - $14.00

Next Day Air - $24.00

Canada addresses:

Standard - $15.00

2nd Day Air - $60.00

Next Day Air - $70.00

We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO boxes through the website. If you need to ship an order to an APO/FPO, contact Customer Service at +1-800-818-4096.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping can be estimated before the final check out page on our website. After you place all of the items you wish to purchase into your cart, proceed to the check out. A shipping estimator considers the amount of goods and weight you have in your cart.

At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on the destination zip code.

Tracking a Package

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log into your account at any time to track the status of your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can then view your tracking number online in your account area.

Back Orders

All items shown on the website are currently available. Some items may be missing sizes, and this will be indicated when you choose the item. If a size is out of stock, you will not be able to select the sizes that are unavailable.

At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of options. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.

Give the gift of Optimism by sharing a Rhyme&Reason gift certificate with someone you care about, and take all the guess work out of your purchase. 10% of the value of the gift certificate will be designated to the charity of your choice and that information will be posted on the gift voucher.

Choose from two convenient ways to send your gift. We offer both an email and a paper gift certificate. Gift certificates can be purchased in the amounts of $5.00 - $300.00. and can be redeemed online or over the phone by calling toll free +1-800-818-4096.

Email Gift Certificate

Rhyme&Reason email gift certificates are delivered via email just hours after you purchase them. You can either email the gift certificate to anyone in the USA or Canada, or give the gift in person by emailing it to your account and printing it out!

How to Use Your Online Gift Certificate To use your online gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will see an area for a gift certificate code during the checkout process. Simply enter your gift code and the remaining balance will be applied to your order. If your total order exceeds the gift certificate balance, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. If your total order is less than the gift certificate balance, you will not be prompted for this information and your balance will be held for your next purchase. You can log in at anytime to check the balance of your gift certificate.
